Gazelle was built around a straightforward idea: define the work, communicate clearly, bring in the right people for each scope and keep responsibility for coordinating the project in one place.
Our work ranges from residential renovations and property improvements to commercial interiors, masonry, building repairs, demolition, site work and recurring maintenance. Some jobs involve one focused scope. Others involve several trades and outside professionals. Gazelle’s role is to organize those moving parts around the property and the client’s goal.
Government buyers can send ordinary commercial-goods RFQs for nationwide sourcing review. New York public works and ground-up inquiries receive a project-specific review of scope, schedule and qualifications.
