Overview
Gazelle participates in the development of a multifamily residential building on a cleared Bronx lot. The predevelopment work is the part nobody photographs: surveys, test pits and borings, architectural and engineering coordination and the filing package. A second multifamily building in the Bronx is coming soon.
The Challenge
Keeping the survey, geotechnical, architectural and engineering consultants aligned so the filing goes in complete, and keeping the lot secure in the meantime.

Site due diligence and feasibility; survey and test pits; architectural design-team coordination; MEP engineering coordination; site planning; permitting and preconstruction coordination.
Where It Stands
Plans are filed and awaiting approval. Vertical construction is still ahead.
