Residential Project
Residential Interior Repairs & Improvements
Interior repair and finish improvements for a Long Island residence, including wall, ceiling, trim and stair work.
Overview
An occupied Long Island residence needed a series of interior improvements handled without turning the house into a construction zone: bath and vanity finish work on the lower level, a staircase that needed refinishing, and wall and ceiling repairs in the living areas.
The Work
Gazelle coordinated and delivered the scopes in stages. The lower-level bath received a new vanity with a stone top and tile finish work. The main staircase was refinished with new treads and painted risers. Wall and ceiling damage in the living areas was cut out, patched and prepared for finish paint, with the work areas protected and cleaned between visits.
The Result
A tighter, better-finished interior for the owner, delivered scope by scope around the family living in the house. The photographs on this page are unaltered records from the project.
