A back storage room cleaned, patched and painted, and pallet racking assembled and anchored on the warehouse floor.
Overview
The owner needed a secure, clean storage room at the back of the warehouse and additional racking on the main floor. Gazelle patched and painted the room, repaired the door, then assembled and anchored pallet racking in the aisles.
The Challenge
Racking had to be laid out around existing columns while stock kept moving through the building.
The Work
Walls patched and painted and the room cleaned out; racking uprights and beams assembled, plumbed and anchored, then loaded in stages.
Where It Stands
The storage room is in use and the racking carries the tenant’s stock. Completed 2024.
